所以唔好錯重點,你先唔好理佢係乜餐肉,最緊要你覺得好食,或者最緊要係「似」,似返一塊午餐肉,你食得返嗰種口感,食得返個感覺,對我嚟講,係同我一齊成長嘅感覺!我諗好多人嘅童年同我一樣:我一日一日長大,一日一塊午餐肉。
我去試食咗餐肉麵同餐蛋治。單純以一塊午餐肉計,煎到個面少少脆少少燶,色香就似到十足十。味道就九成似啦,唯一最大分別係「真餐肉」其實係腍身啲嘅,呢塊「新餐肉」可能太有咬口啦,當佢同炒蛋放埋一齊,夾喺麵包中間,個combination就真係一流!絕對唔輸俾傳統嘅餐蛋治!激似度達99%!
咁你可能問,做咩要咁辛苦夾硬去搵舊「假」嘅午餐肉改個名做「新」餐肉去取代舊嘅午餐肉?對我嚟講,總之一句到尾!係愛呀!你試過食嘢食出愛未?以後改食新餐肉,然後同自己講你救左唔知幾多隻豬!你就會發覺塊午餐肉裡面冇肉汁但有愛!好味好多㗎!
